Difficulty Tweak Update + Boss fights! (And more)

Hey guys, got some good news so far!
Completed Butcher's chapters, with the final chapter containing a boss fight.
Added "Dragon Pillars" and "incendiary shotgun." As buyable items in-store.
Edited aspect ratio to 922x487, adjusted Menu UI and In-game HUD.
Increased enemy difficulty slightly, including new "Medic enemy"
